Before you begin
- Use RepCheck only if you can safely perform the selected exercise.
- Choose a clear, stable area with adequate floor space and secure phone placement.
- Warm up appropriately and wear clothing and footwear suitable for the movement.
- If you have an injury, health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure about exercise, consult a qualified professional first.
Stop immediately
Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, chest discomfort, numbness, loss of balance, or any concerning symptom. Seek appropriate medical help when needed.
Form guidance limitations
Camera guidance may be wrong when joints are hidden, lighting is poor, the camera moves, clothing obscures the body, or the device cannot track reliably. A green outline or counted repetition does not guarantee perfect technique or prevent injury.
Voluntary participation
Participation should always be voluntary. Employers and challenge organizers should provide inclusive alternatives and must not use RepCheck as a medical assessment, employment criterion, or reason to pressure someone to exercise.
Not emergency support
RepCheck is not monitored for emergencies. Contact local emergency services if urgent medical help is required.
