Camera and calibration
- Allow camera access when prompted.
- Place the phone on a stable surface 2–3 metres away.
- Use side-on positioning and keep every required joint visible.
- Use a bright room and avoid strong light directly behind you.
- Hold the requested starting position until calibration finishes.
Audio coaching
- Turn up media volume and confirm the speaker button is enabled.
- On iPhone, disable silent mode if the confirmation sound is not audible.
- System voice availability varies by device; visual coaching remains available.
Supported environments
Use a current Safari browser on iPhone or current Chrome on Android. Older devices may load the pose model slowly. Keep this tab visible while recording.
If preparation takes more than 20 seconds, use the retry button, close other camera apps, and reload RepCheck before trying again.
Report a problem
Describe what RepCheck accepted or rejected. Device information is attached automatically; camera content is never attached.
